• Yes - we are are delighted to have reopened & resumed delivery of Classroom Based Training in our Belfast City Centre Training Suites from April 2022

• Our Online Training Courses will continue even when our training suites reopen as they have become very popular - ensuring that we continue to provide a flexible and comprehensive training solution to our clients.

We have:

• Hand Sanitiser stations at the entrance to our 5th Floor and also at the entrance to the Training Suites
• Wipes on the computer training desks
• Windows that can be opened in the breakout area to let fresh air flow though

This is a course that we advertise & run with delegates from different companies.

Yes - in addition to offering courses on our Public Course Schedule,  we can also deliver a closed course for your group.

 OUR RESPONSE TO THE PANDEMIC

At the outset of the pandemic, we increased the number of online instructor-led training courses, delivered in our virtual classrooms. Courses are fully interactive - with delegates & the trainer working together simultaneously. 

Delegates can interact with the trainer in a number of ways:

• Talk to the trainer over the open mic
• Message the trainer via the course chat
• Screen share to allow the trainer to resolve issues
• View interactive whiteboards

Take-up on our online courses proved to be high & very successful, with delegates able to join  from home or work:

• A Virtual Classroom is an online learning environment that allows for live interaction between the tutor and the delegates as they participate in learning activities.
• For closed courses,  we customise content & use your own data.
• Electronic user manuals & exercises are provided for all courses
